Has delivered more than five million books to more than 10,000 public and private schools and institutions, including Ateneo de Naga University, Philippine Normal University Agusan del Sur, New England College, Notre Dame of Marbel University, Universal College, and Davao Museum.


Conducts training of principals, teachers, and librarians, including training of 200 public school teachers and 50 public elementary school principals in Interactive Learning and Teaching, 16-18 June 2004 and 12-14 July 2004 and heads and librarians of 47 public schools in ARMM in The Culture of Reading, 22-23 April 2005.


Maintains an active network of donors and donees, consisting of organizations, local government units, and private individuals, including Adarna House, APL, Armed Forces of the Philippines, Chinese-Filipino Business Club, DHL, Diliman Foundation, HSBC, LBC, National Geographic Society, Ong Hing Lian Foundation, Tan Yan Kee Foundation, and USAID GEM-EASE; Vice-President Noli de Castro, Senator Edgardo Angara, Rep. Ronnie Puno, Rep. Edmund Reyes, Gov. Miguel Dominguez of Sarangani, Gov. Rogelio Espina of Biliran, Gov. Fernando Gonzales of Albay, Gov. Emmanuel Piņol of Cotabato, Gov.
